Vedic Astrology 369 offers Vedic astrology (Jyotisha) consultations, educational content, and related spiritual guidance. All consultations are provided by Elle Feurtado, a practitioner of Vedic astrology based in the United Kingdom.

Vedic astrology is a system of self-understanding rooted in ancient Indian tradition. Consultations are offered for the purposes of personal insight, reflection and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional advice in areas including — but not limited to — medicine, mental health, legal matters, or financial planning. If you are experiencing a crisis or require professional support, please seek appropriate qualified help.

All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are as stated on the Consultations page at the time of booking and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We understand that circumstances change. The following policy applies:

• More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or free rescheduling, at your choice
• 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund, or free rescheduling (once only)
• Less than 24 hours' notice: no refund; rescheduling at our discretion
• No-show (no contact): no refund and no rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please email [email protected] with your booking reference. Cancellations are effective from the time we acknowledge receipt of your email.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

The accuracy of a Vedic astrology consultation depends significantly on the accuracy of your birth data — particularly your time of birth. You are responsible for providing the most accurate birth time and place available to you. Where birth time is uncertain, please inform us before the consultation so we can discuss the most appropriate approach. We cannot be held responsible for interpretations based on inaccurate data you have provided.

Vedic astrology consultations are offered as a tool for self-reflection and personal insight. All guidance provided is the professional opinion of the practitioner based on the principles of Jyotisha and should be understood as such.

We do not make guarantees about specific outcomes in your life. No consultation should be understood as a prediction of fixed future events. You retain full responsibility for your own decisions and actions. Vedic Astrology 369 accepts no liability for decisions made based on consultation content.

If at any point during a consultation you feel distressed, you are encouraged to say so and we will adjust accordingly. We reserve the right to end a consultation if we believe it is not in your best interests to continue.

All information shared during a consultation — including personal circumstances, relationships, health, and finances — is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose the content of your consultation to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

Consultation recordings (where applicable and agreed in advance) are for your personal use only and must not be shared publicly or commercially.
